How is AI being used to teach children in Kerala?
The latest news has surfaced that a robotic AI powered human-like model will be replacing the role of a teacher in a school.
The AI model is said to possess the knowledge of three different languages and answers to complicated questions that the children may throw at them. The intention of this is to reduce manpower and save resources. The model will be represented as a real teacher wearing Indian saree and be fully culturally representing.
The generative humanoid was put on a test in a school last month. The responses from students so far have been positive. The humanoid has been named ‘Iris’ which is powered by ChatGPT programming.
